Jamie Vardy scored his fifth goal for England on Tuesday in an international friendly with Spain, making the score 2-0.
As impressive as the Englishman’s flying headed tally was, his celebration was what stole the show as the 29-year-old adopted a very popular social media trend and did the Mannequin Challenge on the pitch.

For those of you not in the know, the Mannequin Challenge is an internet sensation which consists of little else but acting really still while someone films or takes photographs - a bit like a mannequin.
Professional sports teams have done it in their respective locker rooms, schools have participated in assemblies and offices have been frozen for their own versions.
Joining Vardy for the celebration was Manchester City’s Raheem Sterling and Arsenal’s Theo Walcott, both of whom stopped on the spot to complete the hilarious goal celebration.
As the picture above illustrates, Vardy stopped in his tracks after the goal and enjoyed a few seconds of the challenge with his teammates. The full goal and celebration can be seen below.
England went on to draw the match 2-2 with Vardy playing a big part in the match before being subbed off in the 68th minute.
Leicester returns to action in the Premier League this Saturday against Watford at Vicarage Road in London.
