Leicester City Football Club was crowned Barclay's Premier League Champions on Monday after Tottenham failed to beat Chelsea in a 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge.
The 5000-1 long shot dream has become a reality as Leicester's 77 points were enough to outlast Tottenham who slipped up twice in the last two matches and dropped points to the Foxes.
Up 2-0 against Chelsea at halftime, Tottenham saw the match end in a draw after goals from Gary Cahill and Eden Hazard leveled things and helped secure a famous first title for Leicester.
Thank you, Eden. Thank you so much.
Leicester, who drew at Manchester United on Sunday in a match that could have sealed things for the Midlands side, were simply onlookers as one set of Blues helped out another in the famous comeback. The Foxes remaining two matches now are insignificant and will see a party atmosphere at the King Power Stadium next weekend when Everton visit for the final home match of the season.
