Cardiff City 17th (1-2-7) vs Leicester City 12th (4-1-5)
Live from the Stadiwm Dinas Caerdydd at 11 AM ET on NBCSN
Let’s do it for Vichai.
The Opposition
Cardiff had an interesting battle against Liverpool last time out, and even could have equalized if their chances went true, but in the end were outclassed by a stacked Liverpool side. I appreciated their effort against the Reds, because it wasn’t like they played a poor game. At 2-1 it seemed like Cardiff could manage a result, how unlikely it would have been, they were only undone by the great bench Jurgen Klopp has it his disposal.

Callum Paterson was one of Cardiff’s most prolific goalscorers last season and has finally gotten a run of games in the Premier League. He scored a rather easy one against a stout Liverpool defence, but he won’t mind how it found the back of the net.
The Foxes
This will be the toughest 90 minutes of these players careers come Saturday. I for one don’t know how they’ll do it. That’s a toughness I can only imagine. This will be a tough 90 minutes for the travelling fans and even the home crowd. Everyone will understand that football doesn’t matter on the day and just embrace how it brings us all together in the strangest of ways.
The Prediction
It seems trivial to mark this match in terms of win, lose, or draw, so I won’t. The result will be the result. It will be an emotional 90 for all of us, and if there’s one thing to look forward to, it’s everyone singing “When You’re Smiling” when the 60th minute strikes.
