Things are less than ideal for the Foxes right now. Including a penalty shoot out against Manchester City in the week, they’ve now lost three straight and, with a couple of very difficult fixtures coming up, are suddenly looking at the real possibility of this season being essentially over by the half way point.
Our opponents Chelsea are currently enduring a season only possible at one of the country’s biggest clubs: they’re into the semi final of the league cup, through to a European knockout and sat in 4th in the table...but somehow it’s all a little disappointing. Still, they handled the champions easily a couple of weeks ago, and come into this one as comfortable favourites.

Leicester City Team News:
Jamie Vardy was rested midweek after returning at the weekend, so hopefully will be available. There’s a little less certainty about Ben Chilwell, who’s missed the last couple, and Wilfred Ndidi, who took a knock in the cup. Both will be assessed today before the final decision is made.
Chelsea Team News:
Like Ndidi, Andreas Christensen was injured in the week and is expected to miss out along with Victor Moses, Gary Cahill and Alvaro Morata. Most of Chelsea’s first choice 11 were rested against Bournemouth and ready to go today.
