The closing of the transfer window saw two of Leicester City’s fringe players leave the club for good on permanent transfers: record signing Islam Slimani who left to play at Lyon and Demarai Gray, who left in search of more playing time to play at Bayer Leverkusen.
Apart from these two permanent transfers, for the first time in a long time Leicester City have nearly their whole Under 23’s team, who havent been able to get into the first team, out on loan.
Leicester City has 12 players out on loan - enough to make a loan team of their own.
